"The property was not fit for purpose with no working toilet, when I contacted the host she didn't arrange for a plumber to fix this so we had no working toilet during our stay which as you can imagine with 4 adults and 2 children in the property was not a pretty sight or smell. When checking in we were given the wrong code for the key safe so was unable to get into the property, we waited for nearly an hour for the host to finally call me back and give me the correct code. "First of all I don't think the pictures do the place justice - it's so lovely and so much space. There was 18 adults for a 2 night stay and we felt like we had plenty of space and everyone commented on how nice it was and how comfortable their stay was. The decor is lovely and fresh, the bathrooms are gorgeous, and beds comfy. Communication with hosts was great and prompt, check in easy and we had everything we needed. Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"We had a great time in Onecote/ Brambles Farm. The online photos don't do it justice - it is a really beautifully renovated house, very homely and plenty of space for 3 adults & 3 kids. Two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs (with bathroom next door) so felt very spacious. Immaculate and clean. Hot tub was a huge bonus - we were in every evening, rain or shine. "We very much enjoyed our stay at the Smithy. The location was great & we had fun taking our 1 year old son to Trentham Monkey Forest & Amerton Farm. The only real disadvantage was that all the kitchen cupboards were low down & our son loved to play with them & their contents! But aside from having to keep a close eye on our son, the accommodation fitted our needs & we'd consider coming again next year"
