"The hotel was good, very clean. The hotel seems to be older, our bathroom ceiling was peeling. It just needs updating. Overall the stay was good but we were not greeted well when we checked in. The front desk woman was cold and unfriendly. We felt unwelcomed when trying to check in earlier. We understood check in was at 3pm but she was just rude. We felt that we were imposing on her time."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute loft! The underground parking turned out to be a major perk when it snowed. The loft was clean and comfortable. Overall, 10 out of 10! Only suggestion would be some better coffee in the coffee pods. That was honestly the only disappointment. We had a fabulous time!"
