"Check-in was a breeze even at 2 am! Room was fairly clean and front desk was courteous and helpful with the many questions I had. I was surprised my room was cleaned just hours after my check in, which was unnecessary. I was most frustrated with not knowing how to navigate the tv. I couldnt find local news or anything , but it could just be me. "

"the reception and all the employee there are very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience here with my kids. My kids wanna come back next time when the water park and the sky wheel reopened."

"Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping. "
