"Overall nice stay. I went out for a cigarette in the morning one day and there was a used needle and syringe on the outside window sill of the hotel. I informed the hotel team and they dealt with it professionally and immediately. The room was nice and I felt safe as a solo traveller "

"The staff were friendly and accommodating. Mary from Sicily was a super star. The cuisine in the hotel is average. Menu items very salty and not enjoyable. Prefer tableclothes on tables for dinner service. Dining room in general needs upgrading. Ivan, the new manager, seems to be the person with the knowledge and experience to make this happen. Overall I would return to this hotel. I was disappointed to see a beautiful city ruined by graffiti. "

"This property is right in the city center square of Bologna. Close to fabulous shopping and dining. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfasts are really good and plentiful. Could not have asked for a better experience."
