"My room was a single room. Twin-sized bed. The room is small but perfect for sleeping. The few items the hotel may consider is pillows with some pillow. The 2 pillows I had were so flat that I couldn’t make 1 normal pillow. I found a few hairs. The shower was so tiny but please keep in mind this is normal and the hotel can’t really modify it. The hotel does have a nice continental style breakfast which is tasty. They are friendly."

"We enjoyed being just across from the train station since we were lugging several bags. It is a close walkable distance to the city center with great options for restaurants. The Mercure is nice and we had a renovated room and loved it. It was spacious enough for us. Loved our hotel host as well - so kind. She is English but can’t remember her name - maybe Sarah. "

"Hotel situato a metà strada, circa, tra stazione dei treni e centro città, quindi comodissimo per chi viaggia in treno. La nostra stanza era al terzo piano ed era grande, pulita e silenziosa. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Personale cortese ed educatissimo. Le piccole imperfezioni sono state prontamente risolte...ci tornerei."

"The facility service was impeccable. They seamlessly arranged transportation to a hidden gem restaurant in San Giovanni, Osteria del Mirasole, and facilitated my transfer to the airport. However, the cleanliness of the washroom could use some improvement. Overall, my stay was peaceful and comfortable."
