Room was kept clean and cleaner was a very friendly lady but we asked for a ground floor room but had to walk up and down several flights of stairs or stairs and a very steep slope to get to room at the back of complex Also there was a terrible stench of sewerage coming from the stream...

"Stayed October check in great i had accidentally made a mistake on the booking, the manager rectified it quickly,easily and with minimal fuss, we had a swim up room (2111) best room in the hotel in my view, sun all day, straight into pool, bar/restaurant close by. Ordered from the restaurant 2 eveni gs as food was so good, we had it in the room and the team brought everything we needed to eat in the room, food was very good taste wise and value fir mone, would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The stay started as a holiday from hell with the hotel putting us in a run-down worker's accommodation because they didn't have a room available. We were given our room the next day—a spacious room on the 2nd floor with a large bathroom and balcony. The staff were amazing, especially Ramazan/Rambo.
