"Stayed October check in great i had accidentally made a mistake on the booking, the manager rectified it quickly,easily and with minimal fuss, we had a swim up room (2111) best room in the hotel in my view, sun all day, straight into pool, bar/restaurant close by. Ordered from the restaurant 2 eveni gs as food was so good, we had it in the room and the team brought everything we needed to eat in the room, food was very good taste wise and value fir mone, would definitely recommend this hotel."

"This was our first stay at an all inclusive and my husband and I had a great time. We thought there was a large variety of food, which many healthy options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. "Nice clean place, with kettle and fridge in room, plus efficient air con, and a safe. Lovely staff and really nice garden bar. Open the gate and you are practically in town, but room is quiet as soon as patio door is closed. The room was a bit small, but then we only really sleep there and have tea on the balcony. Hope to book again next year. "

However the bathroom was needing updating and not the cleanest, we were only told on the third day after asking the only way to get the room cleaned is by leaving they key at reception. The WIFI is terrible. There is also no free shuttle as the description suggests. "
