"A great base for Hisaronu, the hotel rooms were a bit smaller than what I am used to compared to other hotels in the area, but in good condition and very clean Lots of steps so not good for people with disabilities , a great place of families "

Quite a few people went down with a tummy bug including my daughter and I Drink was ok but ran out of most drinks ( Gin Vodka Malibu Diet Coke ) the last week. "Stayed October check in great i had accidentally made a mistake on the booking, the manager rectified it quickly,easily and with minimal fuss, we had a swim up room (2111) best room in the hotel in my view, sun all day, straight into pool, bar/restaurant close by. Ordered from the restaurant 2 eveni gs as food was so good, we had it in the room and the team brought everything we needed to eat in the room, food was very good taste wise and value fir mone, would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Stayed a bit more than a week and didn't get a single night of rest. The toilet was leaking which led to at least 20 mosquitoes entering through a window which wasn't closable and had no fly-net. We got eaten alive and had to stay up til 5 am almost every night hunting down every last mosquito, just so we could get some rest on our already uncomfortable beds. We had no towels for the first couple of days and no toiletries or soaps were provided at any point. We got invaded by ants which entered...

"The rooms where quite small but clean bed and pillows needs upgrade was very uncomfortable woke with sore neck and back every morning, they supply you with kettle but no tea or coffee , no toiletries except toilet paper. Overall it was a good place to stay beautiful pool that was maintained everyday "

"The stay started as a holiday from hell with the hotel putting us in a run-down worker's accommodation because they didn't have a room available. We were given our room the next day—a spacious room on the 2nd floor with a large bathroom and balcony. The staff were amazing, especially Ramazan/Rambo. They always have a smile on their face regardless of the endless hours they work. A bell at the reception will definitely help as it was unmanned most of time. Breakfast daily is a table service...
