"The television could not be used, as the remote wasn’t working. Unfortunately, the hotel likes to have events in its rooftop bar with music playing so loud that it can be heard in the guests‘ rooms. I have raised the issue previously with reception, but the hotel hasn’t taken any action about it."

It’s only a few stops to the heart of Vienna, and one quick stop to the magnificent Schönbrunn Palace, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The staff were professional. Our room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with a super comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. We also loved the amenities provided.
