"Great staff-not in your face but always there if needed. Very clean, I thought. I liked the charm and character of the older parts of the hotel. I didn’t eat breakfast there or any meals, but did have a drink in the bar and that was pleasant with attentive service. This hotel is very close to transportation, local bars, shops and a couple of good restaurants- the Korean place (more or less next door) was great as was a pizza place round the corner. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back here, too. I really liked it. "

"I liked everything about this place. The location is amazing, and the proximity to shops is amazing. There's a fully fitted kitchen in each flat. It really felt like home. If I'm ever back in Vienna, I'm definitely coming back. Also, the staff is swift and prompt and fixes any issues you have quickly."

"Stayed Sunday to Wednesday good clean basic accommodation. Staff very helpful especially Robert who would write clear travel instructions for any place we wanted to visit. supermarket next door and about 4 minute walk to U6 transport link. Quiet area but with U6 transport link every 4/5 minutes we found getting around Vienna easy with only a 3day travel pass which runs from time of purchase 24 hours not finish at midnight for our time here. If visited again we would stay here again."

"If I could give 6 stars I would. When travelling with little children, it is hard to keep them occupied, but this hotel has been built completely around children. The tram into the main areas of the city literally stops at the door. It is also 8 minutes away from the train station which links directly to Vienna central"
