"The location was great and the room was clean, but the shower/tub was difficult to get into and a nightmare to get out of due to its high sides and lip that prevented one from getting in from a sitting position. I scraped my back on the glass partition getting out the first night; the second night I did better thanks to a shiatsu massage. I didn’t think I’d ever find a more challenging tub than my own, but this one took the cake!"

"Stayed overnight whilst on Miyajima and had the Kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast included. The room was a traditional Japanese style with the futon beds made up for you after having dinner in your room. We had an ocean view room with large windows allowing you to enjoy the view. The staff were superb, friendly and very attentive. The dinner was beautiful and delicious, we were lucky to visit during oyster season, the deep fried oysters were particularly nice. "The location was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. It would be nice to have onsite laundry facilities for a long stay, but we found a very convenient facility within 2 blocks. They have a laundry service that is priced by piece, which was a bit pricey. Otherwise, a great stay - if you can book with 22nd floor lounge access, do so. It was nice to begin and end the day there with beautiful views of the city and islands."
