"This hotel surprised me. I wasn’t expecting much. But the room was spacious and the bathroom facilities were good. The bed was a little firm for my liking and the pillow was firm as well. Even on the lowest fan setting, the HVAC was blowing a little hard. But the breakfast provided was very good, the tram station was just across the street, and the Peace Memorial was a short walk away. I would consider this hotel again if we ever make it back to this great city. "

"立地は市役所前駅から2分ぐらいでとてもいいです。 部屋は掃除されており綺麗です。アメニティも基本的に揃っており良かったです。(TVはないです) 調理用具は汚れがあったりしたので毎回洗ってるわけではないみたいです。(ただ皆さん使う前に洗うので問題はないかと) 洗濯機と洗剤があるのはよかったです。ハンガーは小さめのが6個ほどでした。たくさん洗濯する方は注意。 角部屋でしたがキッチン前の窓からビューーっとずっと風の音がします。 そのためか部屋は外より寒くなりやすいです。そしてエアコンは効かずざんねんでした。 エアコンの上は埃もあり、宿泊者もスタッフも使わないみたいです。 受付は広島駅近くで普通でした。感じのいい人でもなく悪くもなく。ただしビジネスホテルと比べると無愛想ですね。 このままだと5点ぐらいかなと思いましたが、金額が安いので7点としました。 リピートしてもいいと思います。"

"We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious for Japan standards and had everything we needed. We did not cook but there was coffee and tea. The location is amazing. Quiet but just around the corner are great restaurants. The memorial site/park/museum was 10-15 minute walk. The day pass made it easy to ride the trams. Communication from our host was wonderful with easy self checkin. Highly recommend! "
