"Very nice hotel, room was nice with everything you would need and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again without a doubt. The only negative was the sofa bed. I think they need vast improvement as it was extremely uncomfortable with next to no padding. This unfortunately resulted in a poor sleep. That being said, i would still happily return, i would just reserve 2 rooms rather than sharing."

"The Store is an excellent hotel in central Oxford - so close to local attractions, shopping and dining. We loved the friendly and welcoming staff and the room was beautiful. We’re only had a few nights here but they were very memorable - I would stay here again"

"The lovely lady on Reception on arrival even helped carry out bags as we were so weary. Unfortunately, due to that weariness, I didn't get her name but working the night if 22/3. Also Receptionist is the morning very good respjnse to feedback given about cleaning staff knocking on door and entering before chrck out time. Both very nice, professional women."

"Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Enjoyed the spa but feel there are not enough changing rooms for busier sessions. Meal in restaurant was tasty. Staff were polite, professional and helpful. Would be happy to stay again if we are ever in that area."
