"Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, comfortable and quite large by Japanese hotel room standards. The property is opposite a familymart and is within 5 minute walking distance to metro and JR line trains adding extra convenience. "

"There’s more positives than negatives. The proximity to shopping areas is superb. The hotel is well maintained but laundry facilities is outdated and pillows are not comfortable to seniors like us."

"We stayed for 3 nights in the Japanese Junior Suite and it was a great size for 2 people. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable with a stunning view of the tower. The only thing I would say is the bed was very low and firm but maybe it was because we were in the Japanese style suite. My friend stayed in a regular room and her bed was very comfortable. As a whole, the hotel is very modern and clean with friendly staff :) They took care of our luggage transport to Kyoto which was really nice. We would definitely stay again! "

"The hotel is located about 10 mins walk from Shinjuku Station and being near the Kabukicho area, there is abundance of food and shopping. You can also easily walk to the biggest Isetan store, Disney flagship store, money changers, etc. The hotel rooms are on the compact side with limited storage space for your luggage. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Perfect for people travelling in pairs. Fortunately for us, we booked 3 rooms for a family of 5."
