"This was the 3rd time we stayed here and we were told that the 2nd time we were there that the bath mat was wet and left on the floor by the bed and used to clean up floor. Then he said it had to be thrown away. Mind you we didn't even know this happened and we are talking about a $3 bath mat. We were also told we were going to be charged a $35 deposit for our stay the 3rd time. He did forgo the deposit but we were not very happy."

"All around a great lil spot! The suite was charming, great vibes, beautiful craftsmanship, and stellar hot tub for 2! The attention to detail was top notch. Coffee bar, towels galore, fun decor, cozy and comfortable! Great communication with the owners and they thought of everything when designing this lil guest house! We will def be back!"

"We had a great stay at Franklin house. The home was clean and kept up and in a very peaceful setting yet close to things we wanted to do. Kathryn was available when/if we needed her and she is a wonderful Host. We were there for a weekend to visit Amish country, Serpent Mound and Arc of Appalachia. We definitely would recommend staying here for a nice get-away."
