"Really nice place for two of us to relax. Very clean, hot tub was great, nice bed. We were going to go out to eat but decided to just get a couple ribeye steaks from save-a-lot & cooked them on the grill. We ate, laid in the hot-tub, picked out a movie but we passed out! Everything was perfect here. Coffee was great. Thanks L&P!"

"This was the 3rd time we stayed here and we were told that the 2nd time we were there that the bath mat was wet and left on the floor by the bed and used to clean up floor. Then he said it had to be thrown away. Mind you we didn't even know this happened and we are talking about a $3 bath mat. We were also told we were going to be charged a $35 deposit for our stay the 3rd time. He did forgo the deposit but we were not very happy."

"We had a great stay at Franklin house. The home was clean and kept up and in a very peaceful setting yet close to things we wanted to do. Kathryn was available when/if we needed her and she is a wonderful Host. We were there for a weekend to visit Amish country, Serpent Mound and Arc of Appalachia. We definitely would recommend staying here for a nice get-away."
