"We were so pleasantly surprised by our stay at The Black Horse!! Looks way nicer than the pictures and has such a lovely character. "Very comfortable and very clean spacious unit. There were 3 of us in a 3 person unit but only towels, cutlery, dishes etc for 2 people. No milk and very few tea bags, coffee etc. Comfortable bed. Shower over the spa bath that was a bit ‘tricky’ entering and exiting. We were there for 3 nights. Staff helpful. "

"The Golden Star hotel is it within walking distance of the train station. It's located in a commercial area, but we were extremely happy with the hotel itself. It was very clean and comfortable. The manager was extremely proactive and took care of the issues we were having which were very minor. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I was checking in late. The front desk called to coordinate with me and was accomodating. The furnishings were older and worn, but everything was clean and the linens were fresh and soft.
