"My partner and I stayed here for his birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of Prosecco and a thoughtful birthday message waiting in our room. The room itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with a beautifully designed bathroom. Breakfast was included in our stay and was delicious, though unfortunately, the food and coffee weren’t as hot as we’d have liked. That said, our overall experience was fantastic, and we would definitely return!"

"Great hotel all round. Staff and food both excellent, especially the breakfast. Superb and the staff constantly topping up with freshly cooked items, fresh baked croissants and wonderful choice of cereals and toppings. Our room was spotless and cleaned ready for our second night stay. You could smell the freshness as you walked to your room. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were friendly and polite, working hard to make pur short stay enjoyable. The price for our room plus free breakfast each morning was very reasonable and free parking too. Well done to the hotel for everything "

"I really enjoyed my stay at Aparthotel Birmingham, the room was lovely, clean, cosy and quiet. The facilities are great, the kitchenette, Smart TV, onsite shop and The Hub. The location is excellent as it is close to the tram, making it easy to get to and from the city centre. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Loved my stay at Bloc it was very peaceful and no interruptions. When I arrived one of the lovely reception staff helped me with my bags and another changed my room as they explained the lift wasn't working and kindly changed my room to ground floor as I had heavy bags. 10/10 service will definitely stay again "
