"We were a family of five plus two extra teenagers. We enjoyed our stay at WhangaBach. It is in a great location - a couple of minutes walk to town and only a few more to the beach. It's a very spacious section, so lots of room for cars, bikes and games. It has a lot of beds, although the bunk room in the house is very small. We found it comfortable for seven people and the sleepout is fairly spacious and convenient with it's own bathroom and small kitchenette. "

Backwards and forwards from the beach all day, great deck to spend the evenings on and plenty of space for the kids to run around. If you’re into a great kiwi bach holiday then this can’t be faulted. "The cottages are on the side of a mountain overlooking Thames Bay. Beautiful! There were chairs outside on the deck for viewing and our cottage had a full wall window to view from inside, The property had wonderful foliage and the hosts are lovely, The cottage was very clean. The bathroom and room we had were small, (there's different sizes), but the view made up for it. In the mini fridg there was chocolate liqueur and a couple cookies. (nice touch) We absolutely loved it!"
