Towel kit bag every day, built up so many kits, didnt need. Fridge was good to have. Hard bed, weighted blanket and hard pillows. Sometimes hard to sleep. Overall, its exceptional. Maybe should have upgraded to better room."

"This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in while in Japan. Every floor has a different layout and the rooms themselves are like small houses. Everything is spacious, and ease to get around. Plus, the onsens are AMAZING. I almost fell asleep while using one. Most of the staff doesn't speak English, so either practice your Japanese or bring a translator with you. "
