"We stayed here to be close to Longleat Safari park for the weekend. After travelling down check in was amazing and really fast! The hotel is beautiful with lots of character in a quiet location. There is a restaurant onsite too. We stayed in The Coach House which is a lovely little annex. We stayed in room 258. The room was beautiful with coffee tea and hot chocolate. The only downsides are that the bed is very hard I found it uncomfortable. Room 258 is under the stairs and upper rooms so on busier nights it was quite loud and could be bothersome if you’re a light sleeper- it’s also ground floor next to the car park but this was fairly quiet! The shower is a fixed head not a wanderlead but the water pressure is good! Overall a beautiful hotel and we would stay again if the mattress was a little softer! Thankyou for a beautiful stay!"

"Lovely B&B, great location about a 10 minute walk into the centre of Bath. We had to Orchid room which was in the basement so quite dark but big room, pretty clean. The first night we had an awful sleep because the bed was so creaky!! I pulled it away from the wall on the second night and it was slightly improved. Staff seemed friendly although we didn’t have much interaction with them apart from checking in/checking out. I would return despite a few little niggles "

"Great location- half way point from wales to south coast. Lovely reception, friendly easy check in. Nice room very comfortable. Only problem was the noise - a strange bit loud humming all the time - like machinery. Also the sink doesn't drain very fast at all - maybe a blockage somewhere - so water in the basin all the time. But all in all it's a good place to stay- easy parking and near Asda and the cinema too- both of which we took advantage of "

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout. The room and bathroom very clean and comfortable. The only criticism was that the mattress was a tad too hard for our liking but that's a personal taste. Apart from that, everything was excellent including the breakfast. Can't wait to stay here again. "
