"We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. We enjoyed spending time in the restaurant, outdoor space, and bar, and found the rooms super comfortable. This hotel was especially enjoyable after two weeks of safari and roughin’ it a bit at tented camps and lodges. The airport shuttle was easy and we loved the gift shop. Highly recommend!"

"I have been all over the world through especially Europe and the USA, I can certainly say this is the best hotel that I have even stayed for such a price. As a matter of fact, it is way better in so many aspects than hotels that were triple its price. I would recommend to anyone including my family and friends. What a beautiful, clean and new hotel with all the amenities. 10 out of 10 for sure!!!! Blame me if you get disappointed which you will not !!"

"This was the first time for me staying at the Sankara in Nairobi, and I found the hotel to be excellent both in terms of comfort and cleanliness. My room was modern and well appointed and very comfortable. The food in the restaurants was good ands the steakhouse Graze was 4 out of 5 stars. The staff - 10 stars out of 5. Very (super) friendly and helpful and came through on every request. The only minor squawk I would give the hotel is that the bar on the first floor could do with an update and a more robust selection of liquor. It was a bit to sterile for my tastes - leaving money on the table for the hotel. The rooftop bar and pool were nice but again suffer from a narrow selection of alcohol. But overall - 5 of 5 stars! Truly enjoyed my stay. "

"Due to flight change arrived very early (8.30am) but was able to access my room for a $50 charge. Nice pool and (small) gym area, great range of breakfast options. Only complaint was that the Laundry service is on the pricier end and was not returned on time and needed phone calls to cause so my departure was not delayed"
