"Be aware. This is a low-rise building in the east village. There is street noise. But that’s what you get when you stay on a real New York block, near NYU and awesome restaurants and such. The hotel’s communication is excellent. Rooms are small (it’s New York City!), but comfortable, functional, and clean.
