"The listing was very accurate and the apartment was very nice. Onsite employees were friendly and helpful. I was concerned with parking availability before the trip but used the $10 valet and had no problems. The only draw back was the amount of homeless people in the surrounding area and didn't really work around the area much. We really enjoyed the overall experience and would definately book this apartment again."

"The property was great! Nice touch with the free water bottles, bluetooth speaker and laundry detergent pods. Big building but also quiet in the residential areas. Nice size pool, cool community center. The only issue is the area behind the building where there is a lot of homeless by the train station. And the garage isn't gated and is public parking which can make things a bit uneasy with a rental car. Other than that the location is excellent and close to everything; downtown, Montross...

"The owner has done a great job setting this unit up, but the building is really rough. Serious maintenance issues around: the floor in the hallway is peeling up, one of the fire exits is zip-tied shut (?!?!), and worst of all, an empty unit had a smoke alarm chirping the whole time I was there. The unit owner was unable to get the property management company to resolve that during my four days there."
