"Delightful, quirky property with everything needed for a short stay. The host was very welcoming and even left us a bottle of wine and some fudge. He also came out to meet us on the road just to make sure we didn't miss the entrance. We very much enjoyed our stay, especially the quiet location which was only a short drive to the centre of Broadford. The bed was comfortable and we particularly liked the luxury linen. "Lovely unique, cosy cabin on the edge of woodland with a cafe/gift shop on the doorstep. We had a walk up the hill behind the cabin and were rewarded with beautiful views at the top and also saw several deer, which was a bonus. Would love to return one day."

"WATCH OUT!!!! This property, and the people we interacted with for the reservation via Expedia, was a total scam. It starts with attractive photos on both Expedia and Hotels.com, but quickly gets sketchy with cryptic emails and texts regarding the reservation, payment and property details. Unfortunately, our trip was somewhat last minute, so we didn't have many local options for Skye, but this property / representatives were the absolute worst. STAY AWAY!!!"

"We missed the turning as postcode didnt take us to the Bothie direct, but as soon as we saw the Laggan Lock sign right by the bus stop we never missed it. The place was easy to get the keys with the key code. The room its self was not like you see in the photos, which looks all cute and colourful.... and also not much room. Saying this the bed was big and so so comfy after walking all day. Their was a small domino stove top, small fridge for the wine and crockery and cup/glasses all was...

"from the very beginning on booking this chalet, the owner was immediately in touch with us giving full information on directions to the chalet and information regarding the chalet...incredibly helpful and clear and concise. It was a beautiful chalet set by the loch and was remote but also within 20 minutes of Fort William.
