"I was unaware of the $100 deposit nd was unable to get the room..the only way to avoid the deposit is paying the full price upfront in cash and the lady at the desk was very rude about everything and constantly kept asking if I had a dog as if that was the only thing she was concerned about. "Room was clean to the eye. I had to go over it myself. Bed was uncomfortable but manageable and the roaches were mainly in the bathroom but saw some in the kitchen. I couldn’t unpack because of it so I kept the majority of my things in my car. Customer service/front desk was good."
