"Although having booked a non-smoking room there was an unpleasant smell in the entire hotel and the Room had definitely been used as a smoking room in the past. I slept with perfume on my pillow and window open as far as that was possible. My complaint about thiese circumstances were brushed off with the argument that the Hotel was full and no possibility to change. The duvet cover was full of stains as well on the upper as on the foot side, as I found out, they had turned sides before...

No complaints, they held my bag before the check-in time so I could explore Sendai. If you're looking for a cheap-ish but comfortable place to stay this is the spot!"
