"At first I wasn't sure about this property being so far away from Mount Fuji (the reason we were in the area) however, we got there and the hotel is beautiful and the staff was very nice to us. The room was amazing and clean. the shower and body wash/shampoo/conditioner were all very statisfactory. We would love to stop by again if we are in the area. "

"This is a beautiful Ryokan with a view looking over the water. The staff was very responsive and helpful. We emailed them when we were in the area and on the way to the local station. They shuttle van drove up as we were walking out of the station. Thankful for that as the ryokan was on a windy, narrow road. We were greeted warmly and given refreshments and then were given detailed information about the room and facilities. The room itself was above and beyond beautiful and the keiseki dinner was indescribable. It was so special and delicious. The onsen was private. You can go in whenever it is vacant and have the entire onsen to yourself. We did not go out and wander around the area. We fully enjoyed all that the ryokan had to offer and didn't feel that we even wanted to leave to explore. So relaxing after being in Tokyo. Thank you Isaribi for the memorable stay."

"We arrived too early to check in but the staff who was there on the morning of 2/11 was so helpful in getting us situated with lockers to store our luggage until check-in time. We appreciated the helpfulness and patience of the staff member that day. She and another staff member were there at check-in at 3:00 and again they were so helpful. We would stay there again. The hotel is also so convenient due to being in walking distance to Atami Station as well as to bus and taxi hubs."
