"Great location, right on the river, less than 5 minutes walk to old city center, night market, several restaurants, several massage places. We had balcony with a great view of the river and old town. Hotel provided free shuttle to the beach that was very convenient. They also provided free bicycles to use. Nice breakfast with several choices. Clean room, comfortable bed. All amenities including air-condition worked well. TV had Netflix and prime. No bathroom issues. Very friendly and helpful staff always eager to help. We enjoyed our stay. Will consider to stay again in future. "

"Excellent hotel in great location outside the “heart” of the Hoi An noise but only a few mins walk to the night market and old town. Lovely pool with river view when good weather allows. Breakfast was included and had a decent selection (special shout out to Hang the F & B manager!) and all the staff were pleasant and friendly. Rooms were simple but clean and overall good value for money for a few nights stay in this area. Bike rentals free for guests. nb Some construction happening next door so expect some noise from 7am - not sure how long that will last… "

"We loved our stay at the Square Villa Hoi An, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, recommending many things to do in the area and was able to get us better pricing for some of our excursions and activities than we were being quoted online! Location is excellent very close to the main attractions yet tucked away to be peaceful and quiet when needed! Definitely consider this location for your visit! "

"A wonderful hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and kind. We opted for the honeymoon package, which was worth every penny. The vice manager was very hospitable and even brought a singer and her escort to our romantic dinner. We also had a fantastic massage as part of the package. Truly the best we've had in Vietnam. Far better than the street parlors and way more professional. The personal touch, great facilities and overall level of the hotel make it an easy 'yes'. Will definitely stay there again."
