"First of all, we stayed at this cottage that has a private bathroom and shower unlike the other rooms in the property. Caesar (manager) was so helpful that he went out of his way to help my friend to be able to get her transportation to check in at her hotel. He didn't have to, but he saw that we had no other way of transportation for there was no Uber driver responding. Everyone of the staff were accomodating and welcoming. The food and drinks are also amazing. We will come back to this Inn and I highly recommend it. "

"A quiet comfortable hotel in the very center of Calistoga. The small outdoor mineral pool, open 24 hours, is nice temperature. Aircon is excellent and a small breakfast of coffee and pastries is provided, as are comfortable bathing robes. "

"Quiet comfortable hotel with excellent mineral water outdoor pools of varying temperature, open until late (10-30 pm). Comfy bath robes and complementary coffee and pastries in the morning were a nice touch. The hotel also offers discounts for wine tastings at local wineries. "

"We paid for an upgraded room with private outdoor fireplace for 5 nights. It rained part of the time, but there were plenty of times when it was dry. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the fireplace even once, because the cushions on the outdoor chairs were soaked and could never dry out due to cold temps. The staff should be provided covers for the cushions (or should remove them) during rainy times. This upgrade was of no value to us. That was very disappointing."

"Beautiful location and property. Rooms were really great and the view and tranquility of the property was outstanding. Loved the car service provided to guest to drive the 10 minutes to Healdsburg square for dining etc! We will definitely return to this property! Great service!"
