"What an amazing find! we were walking the dales way and had walked from Appetreewick that day, we arrived later than expected. "We stayed in Stables 2 and it was a beautiful and cosy apartment. A friendly cat greeted us and made sure we we were all settled in :) and we were greeted with a lovely bottle of red wine, cookies, a nespresso machine with four pods and firewood for the fire. The kitchen is kitted out perfectly and had everything we needed. The bathroom was nice, with a shower and spme toiletries and all very clean. We had the best sleep in the bed, which was more comfy than my own bed, so now I'm thinking...

"Cottage is lush, clean, comfy, spacious. We were made to feel very welcome. Lots of attention to detail. There was tea, coffee, milk and even chocolates left for us. Beautiful breakfast, very attentive hosts. We only stayed for two nights but would love to come again and stay longer!"

"My wife, myself, our 4 grown up children and our dog stayed for my father’s 90th birthday party weekend nearby. I grew up in the area so know it well. The house was the perfect base for us and is a charming and comfortable place to stay. It has everything you could need and the instructions, welcome pack and facilities were first rate. Definitely will stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Firs, it was perfect for the two of us. The warm welcome and explanation of the apartment was amazing and the cleanliness and amazingly comfortable bed were perfect after a long flight. Although our visit was mostly consumed visiting new grand children we were pleased by the short proximity to Ilkley restaurants and pubs and all the hiking and biking we didn't partake in but would be ideal for other guests. We'll be back!"

"Went for two nights mid-week with my partner and our dog to celebrate my birthday. Lovely little well kept and decorated property. With nice touches like fresh eggs, milk, homemade cakes and fresh flowers when you arrive. Literally on a working farm with all of the hustle and bustle you would expect, but it still felt private, with great views over the fields. Well stocked kitchen, we cooked both nights we were there. Plenty of walking spots nearby and unrestricted use of the hot tub. "
