"Loved staying here! You get a little plug socket by your bed with usb plugs which is fantastic! The staff were super friendly & the vibe of the whole place is chill. Didn’t realise they had two separate buildings either! Would’ve loved if the bathroom&toilets were cleaned each day as I saw the same marks as when I had arrived. The property was very clean, everyone was very respectful of people sleeping off jetlag, and the bathrooms and showers are easily accessible to people on your floor. "This hostel met all of our needs. It is right on the edge of then Red Light District, so quiet a lot of people around, tough to drive to because of the very narrow streets & masses of people. They had a valet service to park our car, but was $45/day. Lots to do and see from this location within 30 min of walking. No elevator in the building, so be prepared to lug your bags up several of flights of stairs. "

"This property was very run down. The toilet and shower were very sketchy. The ceiling leaked in the rain. There were no towels or toiletries. However the beds comfy and we were able to store our bikes inside. Location was excellent for riding into the city central. "

"Perfect location!! Everything is so convienent to get to and lots of shops and restaurants around. Beds are super comfy and the hotel is clean. The stairs are not steep like traditional Dutch/European stairs. There is a elevator so thats nice on check in/out days. The key policy is something we actually quite liked as it gave us a lot of peace and mind that the keys were safe and we didn't have a chance to lose it on our days out. We never had issues with having no one at the desk, there was always someone there or not too far away so we could grab our key to return to our room. There currently is construction out front and along the road however, we didn't find it inconvienent or noisy even though our room was facing the construction. Service has been great here with the morning and evening staff. Highly recommend staying in this historical hotel - one of our best stays so far."
