"The family room is really simple, 3 stars max (probably 2 is more accurate), but clean, no issues. You will hear water running if you open the windows (It's located creekside). But the owner is fun and welcoming, it's quiet, despite being close to railroad (German trains are really quiet, and there are very few of them). "We loved our stay in this house. We celebrated Christmas and the whole family was there. 13 people ages 3-77. I picked the house because it was big enough and wheelchair accessible. It was clean and everything was exactly as advertised. No surprises. Beautiful place. "

"Der Aufenthalt war genau so wie wir uns den vorgestellt haben. Wir legen viel Wert auf die Möglichkeit zum wandern. Die Unterkunft ist über Tag nicht genutzt sondern nur am Abend und natürlich nachts. Die Lage ist für unsere Ansprüche genau richtig. Sie liegt am Ende einer Sackstraße und hat einen fantastischen Blick auf die Hügellandschaft um Balve. Die Wohnung erfüllt alle unsere Wüsche. Nicht hat gefehlt und wir sind hochzufrieden. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da. "
