The room was so so so warm! No aircon, which we didn't notice during booking. 4 people in a small room on a warm summer night, was almost too much. Also the extra bed (for the kids - 8 and 10 years old), was very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise the hotel was at a very nice location, close to a cool area with a lot of dining options. The hotel was clean and nice and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is in a nice part of the city. I enjoyed the choice of breakfast items and eating outside on the terrace. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly. There are renovations going on but not disruptive, noise wise. Just a little grumble about the foam chip pillow. The hotel was in walking distance of the downtown shopping area. There are also a choice of 3 buses from a stop just outside of the hotel. All 3 buses go to the main train station.

This is a 4 Star hotel in Germany, but there are no Air condition in the rooms! We were 16 people and were very disappointed about this on a 4 Star hotel in Germany! Plus, since there are no Air condition in the room, we end up opening the windows and there were lots of noise from outside till 3AM in the morning due to people partying outside! This is very frustrating to see this in Germany! People are smoking right on the main entrance and don’t care that there are people walking into the hotel!

Schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Barservice-Team ein wenig überfordert. Zimmer war ok, leider waren noch Hinterlassenschaften des vorherigen Gastes vorhanden.

Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen. Es fängt schon bei den Betten an: Die sogenannten "Doppelbetten" sind eigentlich zwei einzelne, unbequeme Matratzen, die einen großen Spalt dazwischen haben. Schlafen ist so fast unmöglich, vor allem, wenn man nicht in die Lücke rutschen möchte. Eine Zumutung! Dann fehlen im Bad grundlegendste Dinge: Es gab kein Duschgel und nur ein paar wenige, alte Handtücher. Die Hygiene war ein weiteres Problem. Der Urinstein in den Toiletten war einfach widerlich und zeigte deutlich, dass hier kaum Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt wird. Auch der Teppichboden im Zimmer war eine Katastrophe – offensichtlich sehr alt, fleckig und hat einen unangenehmen Geruch verbreitet, der den ganzen Aufenthalt zusätzlich unangenehm gemacht hat. Das einzig Positive war das freundliche Personal, das wirklich sein Bestes gab. Leider reicht das nicht, um über die vielen Probleme des Hotels hinwegzusehen.
