"This is a lovely house, clean, well appointed with everything needed. There is a lovely, spacious living room and an ensuite bedroom, along with two further bedrooms, ideal for a quiet getaway for two for for small family. The location is on a riverbank, about five minutes' walk from the centre of the friendly and frankly underrated town of Wadebridge in Cornwall. There are lovely river walks, shops and cafes to enjoy, and an superb jumping off point for visits to other parts of Cornwall. I hope...

The kitchen was very well equipped and we managed to cook several meals without a problem. Located just outside Padstow we had plenty to keep us amused. Would definately recommend for a large group."

"Had such a lovely break at Troy Court. The views of the estuary from the property are fabulous. Did the Hall Walk, Eden Project, Charlestown & Looe. Loved the Ship Inn in the town, & Sams Bistro. Weather cold but kind."

"It was an absolutely lovely experience and grate place to stay. The most disappointing thing, esotericism on a holiday advertised for kids, is that you can only get 1 hour slots at the pool per day. Yes the pool is emptier when you're there but 1 hour is just not enough! Plus you have to drive to get anywhere else that's kids friendly. So if that changed my rating would improve."
