"Awful. No bath mat, soap, bin, glass/cup. Filthy lockers, poop in toilet. Holes in walls, filthy walls. Tv ripped off wall. One neighbour making disgusting noises, clearly very ill. Another screaming super offensive abuse. Nearly called police. Extremely upset. Felt very unsafe."

"This guest house is truly a gem. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The self service kitchen I well stocked. The neighborhood is walkable with lots of awesome restaurant and bar options. The staff were incredibly accommodating to our needs and this was our second stay here. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Auckland! "

"The hotel is in a beautiful large older house in the Ponsonby neighborhood. Our room was large and comfortable. It was a short walk from the hotel to a street lined with restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."
