"My daughter and I were in town for CMA Fest. Loved the accommodations. Perfect location. Unfortunately, the washer and the safe were not working, that is why I didn't give you 5 stars on all levels. Loved the kitchen, we were able to breakfast in all 4 days. You should advertise the Dollar King General as a place to get groceries. Only a few blocks away and it had everything we needed.Way better than a $24 Uber round trip to a big grocery chain store."

"We were in town visiting my daughter. This location served our puposes and was in a convenient area. The hosts were very accommodating when i had to change my booking from including a pet to not having one as I ended up javing a sitter for him. All in all, i recommend this location for your future travel plans."

"I would definitely return. Hit my priorities of clean, easy to communicate, and great location. We used the canoe and caught fish. They graciously allowed us an early check in that helped immensely. Very kind folks."

"This was the perfect stay for my husband and I. So close to everything in 12 South. The guesthouse was clean and spacious. The bed was the only negative. It squeaked and creaked. I would recommend replacing the bed frame etc with something smaller. But it was comfortable anyway. Would recommend. 12 South is excellent location for trip to Nashville "

"I was solo traveling for business to Nashville, and this listing was a 4 min walk to my desired destination. Walkable to Kroger and Mapco gas station, as well as various restaurants and bars. The studio is cozy. I wouldn't try to fit more than 2 people. Neighborhood is nice and there's lots of places to go for walks/jogs. I was traveling with my pup, and this listing accommodates pets for a small fee. Totally worth the money. Would stay here again, and I likely will!"

"Amazing property that you can roam and hike on. Great areas for beautiful photo opportunities. My granddaughter loved the farm animals. We all enjoyed feeding them, especially the horses. My son wanted to kidnap Skippy the farm dog. He was our guide when roaming the property. We really enjoyed our stay!"
