"This was my wife and I's first time in Nashville, and this rental was a great home base. The location was convenient for everything that we planned to see during our short visit. It was clean and comfortable. The staircase was a tad steep for our black lab, but she eventually conquered them. We would definitely consider rebooking if we're in the area again. Rob was such a great communicator leading up to the trip and the pictures were so accurate that I knew exactly what to expect. I was on a high stress work trip and it was really nice to come home to such a peaceful environment, good coffee, comfortable bed, nice sheets, fluffy towels , accessible kitchen and Music City decor. "Newly remodeled and priced reasonably, this place worked well for our family of three. In a desirable location, it faces a variety of retail, grocery, and restaurant establishments, yet it sits well off the hub of activity, separated by a creek and large yard. We enjoyed sitting on our private deck on a lovely spring day. The suite is a walk-out basement, but the upstairs folks were rarely heard. We appreciated the owners' care and communication during some rough weather."
