"The front desk person didnt ask me what room i wanted that was available. I ended up on the second floor and at the end. It was very difficult to carry my stuff and my child up n down the stairs. And your t.v didnt really want to work for me"

"Always like staying here. The rooms are being renovated which is good. Was a little disappointed "The Crows Nest" restaurant on the 4th floor still under renovation. Other than that same good service and location. Breakfast is still great. Looking forward to seeing it when renovation is completed. "
