"This was easily one of our best vacations ever! The villa was the perfect size and location for our group of 19. With unused rooms--we turned one into the "massage suite"--we were able to spread out and easily enjoy our own spaces. Visiting three different beaches, each within 10-15 minutes drive, we loved the location and felt safe given the upscale nature of the neighborhood. "What an amazing & relaxing stay. The Grand Forest Jarabacoa its an amazing place to escape from the city, relax and enjoy nature. So many hikes and activities to do within a 20min drive to town center. Architecturally, each cabin is unique, so if you are a design and nature lover this place is a must stay in Jarabacoa. "

"We stayed at barefoot with 21 friends to celebrate my husband’s 50th. Ben and Nina were truly incredible with their quick responses and information needed to plan for such a large group. Airport transfers, food, excursions, events, et all. The all inclusive food option is great. We had a few vegetarians in our group, which I’d recommend you specify when taking this option. "We had the best stay! Celeste arranged everything for us including groceries, meals, massages and tennis. Celeste even arranged for us to get cash when we ran out. She is the best! The house is gorgeous and the kids loved the pool and the beach. There were even sand toys for them. I cannot say better things about our stay. We loved it. "

"Walkable to the beach was nice; had AC&Fans to cool off; English translation bit of a challenge. Kitchen counters bedding needs upgrading & some toilet plumbing issues. Needs handyman touch visit. Communication when worked to english through translator was awesome. Didnt have dryer for rainy days.Police station nearby was nice as other units could have very loud music....& As well close to strip of bars thus some overflow music"

"The unit that VRBO had me prepay for did not exist!! I was in another country with no where to stay. I tried to contact VRBO numerous times but this issue has still not been resolved. I haven’t gotten my money back and I havent heard from anyone directly. The fact that I am filling out a questionaire about a stay that did not happen is a prime example of the disconnect in communication."

"The staff looked really happy about doing their jobs. They fulfilled every request. The attention to detail was top notch. They actually cared, they all greeted us and wanted to make sure we were okay every time. If ever I need to go back to Santiago or know anyone who want to, this hotel will be the first option everytime. Milca the Concierge was the Best. "

"This property is only a few months old so everything is still so new which made the stay even better. The hotel is in a great location w/ walkable food and entertainment not to mention the incredible view of the Monument to the Heroes of the Restoration and cityscape."
