It took an hour to get 2 handtoowels, toilet roll and drinking water, which was not refreshed in the room. The next day our room was not seviced till 7pm, yes 7pm, after many phone calls and chatting with the manager. "Beautiful property. We went on an afternoon game drive and a morning horse ride. The horse I rode was a well trained thoroughbred with spirit but restrain. I rode up to zebra, impala and wildebeest. "Very nice, but the night before we were to arrive we were told the swimming pool was not functioning. Bearing in mind the one day was in the mid thirties, this was disappointing. Our room had an artisan working all day, on both sides of us. One night I had to ask him to stop hammering on our walls at 8 o' clock at night.
