"Property is well located for sightseeing and on a busy street with a supermarket and plenty of food options. Staff were friendly enough and bag store was there for keeping luggage safe after checkout etc. It is run down though and if you dont like steep stairs then it's not one to visit (though this can be said of most Amsterdam hotels). "Strict at the checkin time. You have to pay to store your luggage if you arrive early and I needed to pay twice because their locker was old and a bit confusing. If you have big luggages not recommended to stay in this hostel. I had to carry my luggage on a tiny stairs. Rooms are not soundproof, you can hear everything inside and outside the hotel (they have a bar besides the hostel). I couldn’t sleep on my last night there because the teenagers were laughing and shouting outside till midnight....
