"Perfect location for our needs, very nice neighborhood, pretty, quiet, comfortable, walkable, welcoming. Loved floor plan and furnishings - spacious, peaceful, inviting. However, inside property could use better care (cleaning, repainting) - it's in the details! (We did clean some things in bath, kitchen ourselves before using). Overall appearance and comfort (beds, seating, dining space) was excellent! We would choose this place again for our next visit. "

"The property was very convenient and easy to get to. The beds were comfortable and 4 bedrooms let us spread out but be together. The dining room and kitchen were good and had what we needed for plates, silverware, etc. The ice maker and water for the fridge didn’t work so we needed store bought ice. The family room space was lacking enough seating for more than 2-3 people with only a stained couch to sit on. There are also no lamps in the family room so you need to rely on the fanlight. In...

"We got this house because it was the only thing we could find that was affordable in Durham for a family my size. It had a terrible mildew/sulfur smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. There were paper towels to wipe your hands in the bathroom but no trash cans.
