"Amazing staff, check in was easy and was able to check in at 3 pm. Only thing i didn't like was the out of nowhere additional $100 hold for whatever. I plan my trip based on what it says online nowhere was this $100 mentioned. So if i didn't have it what i wasn't going to be able to check in. Now i have to wait for them to release it back to my account. "

"The place quit and peaceful. A great place to unplug and recharge yourself. Would definitely be going back. I have nothing bad to say. It was the most relaxing place i have been to."

"Property should have been checked my maintenance before renting. Insulation was blowing out of heat vents into jacuzzi tum making it unusable. Bed was broken or not put together correctly and could only sleep on one side. Great location. A bit hard to get to but needs to be better maintained. "

Smoky Mountain Rustic Log Cabin w/ Furnished Patio

"We were really bummed we couldn’t hang out longer. The cabin was very cute and clean. I was nervous heading into a pet friendly but it was very well maintained. My only wish was that the laundry machine was open to guests. "

Family Fun in Cosby

"Our family just returned home from a four night stay. The house was clean, in a great location and full of entertainment options. There was several maintenance issues that truly did not impact our stay but needed attention. The host was responsive to questions and my concerns. Excellent group parking and the house fantastic for families. Overall. a wonderful property. "

Awesome Cabin

"The cabin was all we had hoped for and more. The property manager was very attentive and helpful. Absolutely loved sitting on the porch overlooking the water. My 6 year old granddaughter loved playing in the backyard and walking in the woods. Would love to come back again."

Perfect Getaway

"This place is amazing and huge! The kids were entertained the entire time between the pool, theater, smores at the fire pit, roaming the property, soaking in the hot tub, and building forts on the bunk beds. We watched Wicked in the theater and felt like we were at the movies with the awesome sound system. The adults enjoyed poker, pool, and catching up on shows and watching football while lounging in the hot tub. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The drive to Gatlinburg is peaceful and beautiful. My only recommendation is more pool towels. We had 7 people with only 4 pool towels. Nonetheless, this was the perfect way to ring in the New Year. Until next time! "
