"Basic accommodation with some nice homely touches. Unfortunately, biggest issue for us were the external stairs up to the front door and also internal stairs to bedrooms. My 76yo mother uses a walking stick and I was temporarily on crutches too so we both struggled. Getting up the narrow outside steps in the dark with no lighting was quite precarious. There is easy access to park your car and enter the property . With lots of places of interest within a short drive it’s in an ideal location for exploring the borders . We always use self catering accommodation for holidays , both home and abroad , and this is without doubt one of the best we have stayed in . Keep up the good work . "

"Beautifully decorated, spacious apartment just a short walk from Kelso marketplace. Perfect base for exploring Kelso and the borders. Very comfortable beds and equipped with everything you'd need. Only downside, the bedroom windows don't open. Also, would have been better if toilet was separate to bathroom. But they're minor points. Would definitely recommend this apartment.Only downside"
