"It's either remodelled or a totally new property. So a bit of a paint smell is annoying. Other than that really big thank you to hotel staff, they care!"

"The hotel is well appointed with a seperate drive in entrance. There are a LOT of rooms here, but all are large for a city centre hotel. Well decorated, comfy bed and modern bathroom. Only minor point is that the lift is a little complicated to operate. You'll see what I mean. And all the TV stations were in German, no other languages available. There was a bit of a queue at check in but the staff dealt with it well. A big smile on the guy at check out so very friendly. I would recommend this hotel."

"Fabulous property and wonderful staff, received the best service. Only drawback was that the pool was unavailable or not functioning for several days throughout the length of stay and that was one of the key reasons for choosing this property. "

"Very pleasant, clean, modern hotel. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Pool area was immaculate. Convenient for trains, trams and buses. We had been a little worried about possible noise from trains but the window was very well soundproofed and we were not disturbed at all, even though our particular room overlooked the station - a fascinating, ever-changing view. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again."
