"This is a cozy hotel and restaurant situated only steps from the Church of the Holy Ghost and the Alte Bruecke in historic Heidelberg. The staff is friendly, professional, and fluent in English and German. The restaurant offers terrific regional cuisine in a traditional Rhein-Neckar setting, and the hotel room are suite-size and very comfortable."

"It was a perfect location for us to explore Christmas market. We took a bus from the nearest station and the bus stop was happened to be almost right in front of the hotel. That was a nice surprise after a long international flight. The check in was a breeze and the front staff was very nice and we were able to checkin and get into our room before 3 as the room was already clean. The checkout went smoothly. We had a different staff and she was also so friendly. We didn’t choose breakfast option this time as we had another plan so I cannot comment on that. All in all, a fantastic stay!!! "
