The apartment floor could have been cleaner as the laminate was dusty and the dishwasher not emptied and dishes not put away. The fridge wasn't turned on and there weren't enough towels and beddings for the number of booked occupants and staff didn't know what a duvet cover is when asked. We were eventually given flat sheets but not pillowcases, bath towels and bath mat...

"Well, what's not to like about the Europäischer Hof? It is simply a luxurious hotel with a Michelin restaurant. Everything about the hotel was super. And, it should be for the price. "Stayed with my mom here while visiting the Heidelberg Christmas Markets! Very close to the main markets, and the funicular up to the castle was basically attached to the hotel’s bldg. Perfect location for seeing the castle and walking through the Christmas markets! "
