"There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. "We enjoyed our visit to Mount Dora. The property was lovely with plenty of parking. It was easy to walk to Main Street for dinner and shopping and right near the park where Cycle Mount Dora takes place. "They refused to check us in. Very child like responses when communicating with us. A standard check in time from 3:00-7:00pm which was never sent to us however on their site it does. I’ve used Hotels.com for yearrrrrs and have never been refused to check in. My flight got in an hour late so they basically stopped responding after they told us to find other accommodations. Lots of flights come in after 7:00pm people. "
