"While the hotel was crowded (everything around is crowded however) the check in process took a while. Hotel transportation to Universal was great. Having 3 queen beds was especially great. "

"Really cute retro themed property. They are very committed to the overall theme. Lots to see and do on the property including a malt shop, bowling alley and arcade. Greats pools and lazy river! "

"Positives: We liked that this resort is very central to the parks. It’s very close to Universal but also not far from the Disney resorts. It’s also close to Walmart and dining. We like the big balcony and outside space. We used the walking trail frequently. We liked the communication through texts. My questions were promptly answered. It was pretty clean and comfortable. Late pool hours. I think most closed at 11pm. Negatives: Our #1 complaint was the ridiculous resort fee that was $30 a day!...

"Amazing resort. Everyone had a great time and the property is beautiful. The units are brand new, modern and clean. The customer service was exceptional. The kids (age 9 and 10) loved the heated pool with the large slide. Only critique is the 4 bedroom flat didn’t have a bathtub in any of the 3 bathrooms. Not an issue for my party but could be for others traveling with small children. "

"Everything was perfect; the only thing was that I never had body wash, soap, shampoo or conditioner in my apartment, I asked to Housekeeping 3 times and they just told me that I need to ask in front desk... really?"

"Hotel felt a bit dated, including the room. Mattresses could be updated. We had booked a room for a family of five, and as Bonvoy members we were automatically checked in and received an email that the room was ready for us. When checking in at 10:30 pm, there was no extra bed for the fifth person in the room. Nobody picked up on phone so had to go to reception. Very friendly staff. Took 30 minutes to get the extra bed. Kids very much enjoyed the extended pool area. "

"AAA The tiny home was great and has a very well thought out floor plan with a nice size equipped kitchen. The host, Mr. Rich was amazing. Very kind and helpful. The outdoor deck with lake view was very relaxing, serene and beautiful. There are also outdoor activities available. Can't wait to go back"

"enjoyed the stay. checkin process on the phone was descent. the unit was hard to find but we got it. liked the older feel of the building/unit. seems upkept nice for the age..bed and pillows were comfortable. location is great. we drove there but were able to uber around downtown area. would definitely stay again. "
