Elegant Dining Area—Perfect for Cozy Meals and Gatherings with Loved Ones.

"The house was great for our party of 2 families. We had plenty of space and the house is very well equipped. A lovely clean house and great communication with the host. We enjoyed exploring the local area and the house was located well for this. The driveway down had lots of bumps and pot holes which you need to be careful of especially in the dark but other than this wouldn’t change a thing."

"Great place for family reunion. The Priory Barn is a great house with everything you need to spend an amazing time in Kent. Ideally located with short drive from Gatwick Airport. Melanie has been really helpful for the check-in and gave us some great tips for things to do in the area. We will be back!"

The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. "Nice, comfortable property . Car parking was very useful. The weather was atrocious so we were grateful of the living and kitchen areas. Some of the curtains, curtain rails, windows latches a little tired. but overall clean. We had to buy wine glasses which we left at the property. There was glasses just not 4 the same. Very quiet and safe area. When arriving please note there are two boack boxes on the wall outside the front door. The key is located in the bottom access code box and...

"Tim came to the rescue! We had been planning my daughters Hen celebrations since last October. Everything going to plan until ......... The accommodation we had originally booked had to be cancelled on the day we were due to depart due to no water in the area! Panic! Until we found Tim's property. He was so calm and responded really quickly to my messages. Organised the booking in 4 hours and sent all information over so quickly. The property is stunning pictures don't do it justice .
